We want you to be completely satisfied with your Counter Culture DIY supplies; if a product doesn't meet your creative needs, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the nature of our chemical products, we cannot accept returns on resin or pigments that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a full refund.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in a sturdy box with the RMA number clearly written on the outside to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
